Cut at mid-calf in an oversize fit, Joan Jett Padded is made from an organic cotton, certified by OCS, and treated with a water resistant wax in Dundee, Scotland. Manufactured in the city of Birmingham, UK. The padding and part of the lining are made from GRS-certified recycled polyester, where the recycled material is derived from polyester textile waste that is sorted, cleaned and processed into new fibres. Featured with tonal corduroy inside cuff and at collar, flap pockets and an inside pocket with snap closures. The material in the buttons are made from recycled metal derived from production waste from surgical instruments. For a long lasting garment, periodically rewax the shell fabric.
