First spotted while hunting through flea markets in Paris, the Pinto sunglasses are inspired by a classic 40's shape called Crown Panto. Misread as Pinto, the shape was reworked with a slightly raised key hole bridge and lower frame that mirrors the angled brow for a more modern silhouette.
The lenses, crafted from organic plastic, offer a combination of light weight and optical clarity. The frames are made from Mazzucchelli acetate. Since 1849, Mazzucchelli has created the best acetate in the world.
The OD case is made in collaboration with London based leather artisan and mate, Otis Ingrams.Each one is hand made in London from two pieces of recycled composite leather, four brass rivets and one brass stud. Case included.
