Loosely twisted cotton yarns knitted on a rare 5-gauge jacquard knitting machine. 5-gauge knitting machines are mainly used for wool knitting, but they are not usually used with cotton because they become too heavy, but Big Big Waffle has succeeded in making it lighter by loosely twisting it. The yarn is thick, so it has a fluffy, bulky feel and a warm look. The design is designed with a shallow front drop to give it a vintage feel, and is carefully sewn so as not to interfere with the unevenness of the material. The stitching is finished with the skill of a craftsman to prevent rippling at the seams.
