RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY


 Return Policy

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you may return the items within 14 calendar days of receipt.  You may return an item for store credit, exchange or refund.  Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.  Original shipping charges, however, are non-refundable. 

 

Return Conditions

Items must be returned in their original condition with garment tags attached.  Worn, washed, odorous and altered items may not be returned.  Shoes must be returned in the original shoebox, free of damage and postal labels.  Underwear, swimwear and apothecary items may not be returned or exchanged.  Items marked as sale may not be returned or exchanged.

Once your return has been received and accepted, your refund will be processed and you will be notified via email.  Please allow 5 to 7 business days for the refund to post to your account.  If you refund is rejected because it failed to meet our return conditions, you will be notified via email and your item will be returned to you at your expense.

 

Exchange Policy

If you wish to exchange a purchase, we suggest first placing a new order for the item you would like.  While you are welcome to return the original item prior, ordering the new item in advance will ensure availability.  Once your return has been received and accepted, your refund will be processed and you will be notified via email.  Please allow 5 to 7 business days for the refund to post to your account.  If you refund is rejected because it failed to meet our return conditions, you will be notified via email and your item will be returned to you at your expense.
